TRANSNATIONAL STUDENT COLLABORATIONS
HKU students in CCGL9015 Globalization and Migration collaborated with Occidental College students in 'Media Activism through Participatory Video' to produce collaborative media projects for the International Women's Network Against Militarism. STUDENTS' CAPSTONE FAIR 2017/18
Knowledge exchange with migrant communities in academic-community collaborations has produced valuable teaching resources. HKU undergraduate students in CCGL9015 Globalization and Migration have made contributions to research projects including Sustainable Sunday Couture and Visualizing the Voices of Migrant Women Workers. Student-created work in SOCI4095/6 Capstone Project in Sociology/Criminology and initiatives, such as The Wandering Voice have also produced creative course content for CCGL9015 Globalization and Migration.
